(Buyer) is purchasing a puppy and Friendship Farms (Breeder) will furnish to the new owner the puppy’s corresponding litter registration papers if it applies upon receiving them from the breed association and complete payment from new owner is received.

Breeder guarantees that the puppy has had proper care to date and has been checked by a veterinarian. The puppy has received its puppy shots and has been dewormed. Medical records will be furnished at time of purchase. If puppy is being shipped the medical records will be with the puppy and crate

The puppy should be examined by a reputable veterinarian within one week after receiving the puppy. If at that time, the health of the puppy is found to be at risk due to a congenital defect (existing at birth), the owner shall notify breeder and provide a written statement from a licensed vet describing the puppy’s condition and shall return the puppy to the breeder as soon as possible. If puppy is to be shipped back to the breeder it will be at the buyer’s expense. Breeder will replace the puppy provided puppy is in the same condition mentally and physically as when originally purchased. The breeder will not pay for any transportation expenses for any puppy.

THE BUYER SHALL CONTINUE TO GIVE PUPPY 1 NUVET PLUS WAFER EACH DAY (SMALL PUPPIES SHOULD BE GIVEN ¼ - ½ OF A WAFER UNTIL IT REACHES THE AGE OF 3 MONTHS) WHICH IS A POWER ANTIOXIDANT THAT GIVES A TREMENDOUS BOOST TO THE IMMUNE SYSTEM TO PREVENT SKIN AND COAT PROBLEMS AND CREATES a DEFENSE AGAINST OVER FIFTY MAJOR DISEASES AND EXTENDS THE LIFE SPAN OF YOUR DOG. An INFORMATION LEAFLET WILL BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR PUPPY. NOT USING THESE WAFERS WILL MAKE YOUR GUARANTEE NULL AND VOID.

The breeder is not responsible if the puppy contracts a communicable disease after leaving breeder’s possession, the puppy is now in your care. Avoid pet stores, dog parks etc. for 2-4 weeks.

The breeder is never responsible at any time for any vet bills.

The breeder makes no guarantee as to the ability of this puppy to reproduce.

The buyer agrees to continue all inoculations and proper vet care.

This puppy under no circumstances will be used for breeding unless arrangements have been made with the breeder.

If you are not using the puppy for breeding a limited registration will be marked as such.

If any litigation is necessary, it will be done in in the State of Illinois in the County of Ford.
